If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Just reach out and we'll sort it.

The Window You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

We Got It Wrong If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we cover everything. Return shipping, replacement, all of it. No questions asked.

Need a Different Size Sizing is hard. We get it. Ship it back and we'll send the right size out to you, free of charge on the outbound. Return shipping is on you, but we make the swap easy.

Changed Your Mind It happens. Return it within the window in original condition and we'll issue a full refund. Return shipping is on you, but we won't make you jump through hoops.

Non-Returnable Gift cards and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Those will be clearly marked at purchase.

How to Start Email sorted@frunkhaus.com with your order number and we'll take it from there. Use a trackable shipping method on your end. We can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
